Crescent Communities -- The majority of Lake Keowee subdivisions are developed by Crescent Resources. There are two types of these communities. First is the small, quiet community centered on the simple beauty of the surrounding lake. Some of these subdivisions include: Craggmore Pointe, Pine Ridge Pointe, Pinnacle Pointe and the newly released Harbor Oaks. 	The Reserve -- An exclusive gated community offering a fabulous Jack Nicklaus golf course. This community also offers a full service marina, racquet club, walking trails and a country club.
	Keowee Key -- This active-adult gated community has an abundance of amenities. These include: golf, tennis, racket ball, walking trails, indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, an activity center and a country club. It is a perfect place to retire.
